Whether we succeed in achieving the target set by Lord Davies and his Steering Group to reach 25% of women on FTSE 100 boards by 2015. Women currently occupy 1 in 5 of all FTSE 100 board positions. The target is encouragingly close and equates to a net increase of around 50 more women on FTSE 100 boards.
